MODERN 3D CAD SYSTEMS

Our team are well practiced in a variety of modern CAD systems allowing us to produce highly detailed and accurate 3D models. These programs also reduce error and speed up the design process

RELIABLE STRUCTURAL DESIGN

Using CAD ensures that all calculations are reliable and trustworthy. It also provides a quick and easy way to value engineer your designs bringing costs down!

Reports are clear and easy to read and the design models can be imported directly into our detailing software allowing for a seamless transition of information with no loss of detail.

We have experience designing a wide range of structures and also plenty of smaller parts using Finite Element analysis.

HIGH QUALITY DETAILING AND FABRICATION PACKAGES

Our CAD systems allow us to create incredibly detailed and easy to read fabrication packages. allowing for clear and concise drawings that fabricators love.

GAs and 3D models are also available and allow our clients to approve our designs quickly and reliably.

We are also able to create a range of lists that saves time making up lengthy call outs. Our software also enables us to output NC files to suit a number of CNC applications.

STEEL DETAILING

Using CAD ensures our models are extremely detailed and accurate. We can also extract all of the key information needed for a workshop fabrication pack and the procurement process. We can detail to a variety of standards and building regulations and have experience with projects of all shapes and sizes.

Our experienced designers can perform reliable structural design for your project. We can analyse structures and value engineer them to ensure you are getting the strength you need at a price you want!

We can also carry out Finite element analysis for smaller applications producing highly detailed reports.

Our structural models can be seamlessly imported into our detailing software allowing for a smooth transition into the next phase of design.

BESPOKE PROJECTS

As well as structural and construction projects, we can also provide drawings for bespoke fabrications.

Past projects have included plate work for chutes and hoppers, steelwork for retail and office interiors, disabled access frames and a frame for a huge LCD screen in a football stadium.
