With over 50 years of design and detailing experience our friendly and professional team are always willing to assist with projects of all sizes. Utilising a range of modern CAD systems we are able to offer a complete package from an initial site survey (including 3D laser scanning) through the entire design process including the creation of detailed fabrication packages. We are also able to create highly accurate BIM models with virtual reality walkthroughs.
We are always happy to work alongside fabricators, engineers, architects and other professionals when required using the latest technology and collaboration tools to ensure all of our information and models are clear and easy to interpret.
Previous projects have included everything from Handrailing, balustrades and staircases through to structural and secondary steelwork within schools, hotels, hospitals, the residential sector and even the bulk materials handling and water treatment industries.
We pride ourselves in our attention to detail and listening to our clients. Ensuring we can tailor our service to suit their individual requirements. We have extensive engineering experience across a variety of industries, which gives us the knowledge to find practical and cost effective solutions.

MODERN 3D CAD SYSTEMS
Our team are well practiced in a variety of modern CAD systems allowing us to produce highly detailed and accurate 3D models. These programs also reduce error and speed up the design process
significantly. Some of the programs we use are:
- Tekla Structural Designer (alongside TEDDS & Connection designer)
- Tekla Structures (for detailed design and drawings)
- Fusion 360/Solidworks (for intricate part and assembly designs)
- ReCap Pro (for 3D Scans & point cloud integration)

Reports are clear and easy to read and the design models can be imported directly into our detailing software allowing for a seamless transition of information with no loss of detail.
We have experience designing a wide range of structures and also plenty of smaller parts using Finite Element analysis.
HIGH QUALITY DETAILING AND FABRICATION PACKAGES
Our CAD systems allow us to create incredibly detailed and easy to read fabrication packages. allowing for clear and concise drawings that fabricators love.
GAs and 3D models are also available and allow our clients to approve our designs quickly and reliably.
We are also able to create a range of lists that saves time making up lengthy call outs. Our software also enables us to output NC files to suit a number of CNC applications.
STRUCTURAL DESIGN
Our experienced designers can perform reliable structural design for your project. We can analyse structures and value engineer them to ensure you are getting the strength you need at a price you want!
We can also carry out Finite element analysis for smaller applications producing highly detailed reports.
Our structural models can be seamlessly imported into our detailing software allowing for a smooth transition into the next phase of design.
